I&#8217;ve also experienced our schools as a student, parent, PAC volunteer and now grandparent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to bring a thoughtful, independent voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a first-time trustee candidate, I will bring an open mind, relevant experience and a willingness to learn. I will listen carefully, consider different perspectives and make decisions based on what I believe will best serve students and our communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I want to advocate for students and our communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">SD62 (Sooke) is growing and changing. Our schools need resources and planning that keep pace with the needs of students and the communities they serve.
